All Weather and Hacienda Granada Featured in Dwell

All Weather Architectural Aluminum collaborated with Carlos Nuade and Whitney Brown on Hacienda Granada , an eclectic modern residence with Spanish, Mexican and Scandanavian influences. This amazing project was featured in Dwell.

Designed by Working Holiday, Hacienda Granada was a space where Carlos and Whitney could instill their own personal history and distinct taste.  Carlos grew up in Pueblo, Mexico and lived in Sweden and Whitney joined him in Stockholm before they moved to New York City.  The home’s new palette and overall aesthetic is inspired by their backgrounds.

Situated on a 21,000 square fooot lot that backs up to a golf course,  Carlos and Whitney painted the facade a moss green, added a new black roof,  replaced the homes finishes with handmade brick and hardwood, reshaped most of the interior doorways by creating arches and chose All Weather Architectural Aluminum custom windows and doors with SDL’s to infuse the home with the Hacienda vibe they  desired.  Click here for more project photos.
